Responsibilities:

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and eliminate waste through lean processes.
• Assist or lead in Kaizen projects and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assist with specific project(s).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate rising junior/current sophomore or rising senior/current junior in an accredited program pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA
• Energetic self-starter who seeks innovative solutions
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual - Spanish/English
