In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Coordinate with PMs and Project Accounting Staff to provide assistance on fee proposal preparation. Rate building, coordination on forms with subconsultants, coordinating completion of required HDR forms such as QA package (risk register, PCRF)
  • Assist on a multitude of projects such activities as reviewing sub invoices, assisting PMs with writing their PMPs, Quality Plans, Safety Plans, updating deliverables in Quality Management System, scheduling project reviews/team meetings, and owning all administrative project coordination tasks for project's assigned
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous AEC industry experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience in AEC industry

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $73,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
