Load and unload equipment B. Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging C. Level ground for scaffolding D. Tend mortar and grout E. Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets F. General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris G. Place, push, pull and shovel concrete H. Vibrate concrete I. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers and Apprentice J. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels K. All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES A. Ability to work with tools and equipment, such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy's B. Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A. Must have completed two-year apprenticeship program B.
