Who you are:

As an Administrative Coordinator, in Pathology, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. Develop office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations.

What you'll bring:




  • Minimum 3 years of experience with administrative tasks. Supporting staff with meetings, phones, faxing, filing, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations; handling multiple demands and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
  • Advanced MS Office computer skills.
  • Reliability- expected to be at work on time daily.



Education:

Two years college or business school, or 4 years of equivalent experience (in addition to the minimum 3 years required experience).

Salary Range: Minimum 18.31 per hour - Maximum 30.24 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
