Job Details This role requires a large focus on maintaining good relationships with operations and production teams to ensure all jobs are prepped and complete for on-time installation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide Signature Service as the primary point of contact for homeowners with post-installation inquiries, warranties and repair. Clarify, diagnose, notate, quote and facilitate solutions for customer issues utilizing appropriate tools and depts. Diagnose and set qualified service appointments Maintain active knowledgebase of common issues and solutions regarding all Renewal products. Accurately maintain and create customer accounts, schedules and inbound products using internal Customer Relationship Management Software. Provide quotes to customers for damaged products or services out of warranty. Navigate difficult conversations with customers Assist fellow coordinators with overflow and tasks as assigned by team lead. Collaborate with teammates and various departments using email, spreadsheets, and calendars. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by manager. Post weekly semi-automated calls, texts and emails to customers for the department. Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary, or special duties. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff in a rapidly growing organization. Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and people skills. Excellent computer/software skills. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain / logistics operations. Minimum 5 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management. Lean six sigma certification (preferably a black belt). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision. Communication requirements include English verbal speech and written communication. The work environment can vary significantly, and candidates should be prepared for the following conditions: indoor and outdoor environments, travel via automobile, variable hours, working in customer homes, and changing locations.
