Operations Administrator - Saco, ME

Responsibilities

- Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (approximately 20 calls a day).
- Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.
- Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents.
- Process orders in the appropriate ordering portal (rForce, ROP, IQ)
- Audit each project file to assure it has met the qualifying gates for ordering
- Closing out completed installations.
- Help to schedule installations with customers

Skills

- Customer service experience, required.
- Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.

Pay: $23 - $26 an hour base hourly pay + a monthly bonus!
