Duration: 12 Months Assignment Location: Mukilteo, WA Shifts: 1st shift, part time, up to 24 hours per week Description: We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed. Job Description Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities: * Open/close store. * Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. * Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. * Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders. * Process POS (point of sale) purchases. * Handle returns of merchandise. * Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns. * Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation. * Prepares and processes store orders for customers. * Identifies and rep. Education/experience: typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate). | |
