THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation while ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental standards, as well as health and sanitation regulations. You will refer to and execute tasks outlined in the daily assignment sheet.

Your responsibilities will also include cleaning tasks that align with hospital and departmental policies, ensuring adherence to relevant health and sanitation guidelines. It is essential to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your work environment, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of patients and staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, rotating schedule, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • This position may require overtime and travel.
  • Free parking is available.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Legal Requirements:

  • A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
    • Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
