This position will support manual and semi-automated assembly processes and testing for liquid cooling products for data centers, as part of our Systems Protection segment. ** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Optimize manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes by collaborating with operators, team leaders, and value stream managers to enhance production layouts, streamline material flow, and improve line balancing. Apply lean principles to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction, resulting in enhanced safety, product quality, delivery, and reduced cost. Work with New Product Development (NPD) team to analyze drawings and ensure the new product can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively. Submit Capital Equipment requests for new equipment or technology and work with project team members and suppliers to ensure effective integration into production.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related degree. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment with one or more of the following systems: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Office, ERP (JD Edwards preferred), PLM (Enovia preferred). Experience working with Automation Equipment preferred.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00
