POSITION SCOPE

The Washing Plant Foreman will be responsible for supervising a work crew and inspecting and maintaining equipment. This position primarily covers the entire Northern Region Operations ND, SD, MT, WY. Extensive overnight travel is required.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Supervise work crew
• Assist with setup and tear down of plants
• Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required
• Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis
• Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy
• Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup
• Accurately complete and submit required paperwork
• Communicate with management and employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clear driving record
• Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications
• Team player
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance
• Extensive overnight travel is required
