Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $53,500 - Midpoint: $66,900 (Salaried E8) Department/Organization: 506141 - Benefits Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Benefits Specialist II serves as the subject matter expert for benefit programs and associated policies and procedures. Provide guidance and training to entry-level specialists. Provides assistance to employees about all aspects of benefit plans and enrollment. Acts as a liaison with vendors on special projects. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of benefits experience; OR master's degree and some benefits experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Experience to include at least one year in Benefits Administration. Skills and Knowledge: General benefits terminology; COBRA, Family and Medical Leave; current and recent benefits legislation and trends Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a human resources environment.
