Major Duties

Classification: Non Exempt / Non-Bargaining.

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by implementing effective strategies and resources to enhance their performance. The primary objective of this role is to support the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales effectiveness. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, assisting with sales-related activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Location: Hybrid in the New Hampshire area

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to rules and regulations on all executed contracts prior to submission to implementation and commission processes.
  • CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to maintain an organized and efficient sales database.
  • Data Integrity: Compare customer information across multiple data bases to ensure accuracy and continuity of customer communication.
  • Deliver sales training modules: In the context of sales support processes surrounding contract workflow, data gathering and interaction with other support teams, a Sales Coordinator will facilitate comprehensive sales training modules for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales representatives. This includes conducting training sessions, and assessing training effectiveness.
  • Sales process optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the sales process. Identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce sales cycle time. Promote effective use of technology, aggressively pursuing opportunities to gain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service
  • Sales workflow analysis: Monitor and analyze sales engagement with multiple process flows, tools and resources. Identify trends, areas of improvement, and training needs based on data insights. Provide activity summary, opportunity status information updates and reports in company systems.
  • Collaboration and communication: Foster strong relationships with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders. Maintain open lines of communication to gather feedback, share best practices, and align sales and marketing strategies including the coordination of policies and processes between the sales teams and other internal and external departments with regards to policy and process adherence.
  • Business acumen: Develop and maintain basic level of service offerings
  • Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses: Lead cross functional team to facilitate formulating response to RFPs and ensure all RFP criteria is met or exceeded.
  • Perform other duties as assigned: Account creation/ROE, Opportunity and Order creation, Assist with Comms Cloud
Qualifications

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales support tools.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with sales terminology

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $18.81 - $28.52
