Temple University's College of Education is searching for an Assistant Director of Career & Student Development. Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Career Development and Student Success in the College of Education and Human Development plays a key role in providing leadership and support for career development and student engagement initiatives. The Assistant Director oversees a range of programs and services aimed at enhancing students' academic and professional success, including career counseling, student organization support, and leadership development. This position requires a deep understanding of student needs, a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to promote student success. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for building a network of employers and creating an awareness of College of Education and Human Development students as outstanding job candidates and assisting undergraduate and graduate students in the college on all facets of career planning. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in student affairs, higher education administration, counseling, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in related areas preferably within a higher education setting. Required Skills & Abilities:
