The ACS Sales and Marketing team seeks an intern to support revenue marketing campaigns, social media promotions, content marketing, recruitment marketing and advertising operations. C&EN Media Group is responsible for sales and marketing of all advertising products and promoting C&EN's brand to organizations in the U.S. and overseas. Inherent in this is producing advertising promotional campaigns, electronic and print collateral outreach and materials, and supporting the sales group with advertising documents and presentations. The ACS Sales and Marketing team seeks an intern to support sponsored campaigns, audience engagement, content marketing, recruitment marketing and advertising operations. Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of our advertising products including print and online advertising, job board, ACS Institute, lead generation. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and campaigns that drive advertising sales and engagement. Responsibilities include: Assisting with marketing campaigns: Including general content marketing and blogging, promotions for media kits, lead generation, recruitment advertising, digital products, social media, and events. Handling email and digital campaign components including Adroll retargeting, Google AdWords, paid social media promotions, email, and digital Education Requirements: The Ideal candidate will be a rising college junior or senior pursuing a major in Communications, Marketing or Advertising. The following are the intended hourly rates for this part time/nonexempt role: Rising Junior-$23.00; Rising Senior-$24.00; Current Grad/PhD Student- $27.00. Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS. ACS reserves the right to amend or modify its employment benefits and compensation structure at any time. This position will be primarily based in the Washington D.C. (or applicable) office. ACS employees work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of working onsite, two days per week. Schedule flexibility may be required for this role to support in-office activities. While always welcome to work in the office, employees may work the other three days of the week from a location of their choice.
