About Microbiology Quality Control is an essential function of the pharmaceutical industry. Drug manufacturers must thoroughly test materials, processes, equipment, techniques, environments, and personnel to ensure their final products are consistent, safe, effective, and predictable. The Tolmar Microbiology team is a part of the Quality team and is responsible for monitoring environments, equipment, and materials to ensure they meet purity specifications.
