JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Administrative Assistant supports the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center's (PHRC) mission by maintaining and developing relationships with PHRC stakeholders, including internal and external organizations and industry partners, through meetings and events. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating a variety of activities and administrative tasks such as event planning, scheduling, financial reconciliation, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient operations and support to the PHRC team. This position requires high attention to detail and excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. This is a term position funded for one year from the date of hire with a good possibility of refunding. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
