Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in credit and loan portfolio data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. (Power BI, Microsoft suite, SQL, Python, Alteryx)
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to credit and loan portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
