Job Summary:
The Bridge to BEL program welcomes newly admitted business students selected for the prestigious Business Emerging Leaders (BEL) Scholarship Program. Designed for students from diverse backgrounds with strong academic records and demonstrated leadership potential, the BEL Program is a launchpad for success in college and beyond. Bridge to BEL is a three-week, residential experience for student to get an early start on their college careers. Participants will explore business majors, visit regional corporations, explore their identities, and participate in applied learning activities. Program participation gives students a distinct competitive advantage when adjusting to college life, learning in classes, and applying for internship opportunities, ultimately preparing them for successful business careers. Responsibilities: Develops and instructs non-credit course sessions on a specific topic or within an area of expertise to provide continuing education opportunities to the institution and affiliated community.
