Position Title: Oven Assembler Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Be part of a team revolutionizing the food processing industry by assembling cutting-edge industrial ovens. Oven Assembler Responsibilities: - Perform the assembly of industrial microwave ovens, incorporating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly - Connect, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and components to meet operational specifications - Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and resolve assembly challenges - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards - Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards Requirements For Oven Assembler: - Strong work ethics - Lift 50 lbs. without restrictions - The ability to work well with others - General mechanical skills - The ability to learn how to build assemblies using work orders and various inventory control procedures - High School Diploma or (GED) - Follow written and/or oral instructions - Good attendance record QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
