We are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in a manufacturing warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and experience. Position Overview: As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks on various metals, interpreting blueprints and schematics, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. This position requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, up to $25 per hour based on experience and shift. Schedule: Shift will vary depending on needs. 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts available. Shift assignments will be made after the interview and weld test. All candidates will attend a 1st shift orientation before being assigned to their designated shift. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals. Interpret blueprints and schematics. Set up and maintain welding equipment. Ensure welds meet industry standards and quality requirements. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Required: At least 3 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding. Ability to read blueprints and set up welding equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
