Commercial Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Relevant certifications/licenses, including a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in handheld devices, business systems/document management, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Willingness to travel locally between properties

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Engage in "face-to-face" interactions to build relationships with customers
• Use multiple trade skills, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and more, to solve maintenance issues
• Complete EFS and other required safety training
