Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $30 - $33 per hour

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent education/training in building trades
  • 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
  • EPA Universal Refrigeration License
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel locally between properties


HVAC Technician Responsibilities:



  • Perform thorough preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, and heat exchangers)
  • Conduct repairs on steam/hot water boilers, diagnose airflow and ducting issues, and ensure EPA-compliant refrigerant use
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system failures, including circuit boards, compressors, and leaks, with expertise in copper brazing
  • Handle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry maintenance to ensure facility upkeep
  • Use technology to manage work orders, submit reports, timesheets, expense logs, and purchase card logs
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete required safety and compliance training and attend safety meetings
