Pelletizer Machine Operator

• Operate pelletizer machines, adjust settings for product specifications, and organize finished plastic products.
• Inspect products for quality, remove defects, and report issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and address potential hazards related to machine operation.
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot pelletizer machines, escalating issues as needed.
• Label, document, and organize pallets while ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with production staff to maintain workflow and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Contribute to production line efficiency and ensure adherence to operational standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred.
• Extrusion experience preferred, working in plastics industry preferred.
• Proficient in machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for machine operation and record-keeping.
