The incumbent plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making related to UPG real estate portfolio, encompassing both owned and leased properties. The incumbent prepares financial performance analysis and rental rate assessments to inform portfolio management. The incumbent contributes to the development of annual budgets for UPG real estate assets and collaborates with Legal Affairs and the Facilities team to coordinate insurance oversight. The incumbent also assists with the maintenance of accurate accounting and financial reporting for UPG's real property assets and leases, including the preparation of periodic reconciliations in accordance with lease provisions for CAM and operating costs.
