Full-time Job Description
Position Description: Responsible for providing leadership, vision, and strategy for the operations functions of the Retirement Plans division, this role is a key member of the Retirement Plans Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The position focuses on critical priorities such as leading the transition between platforms, driving automation and efficiency, and advising the SLT on system architecture and related technologies. While the role emphasizes high-level strategy and concepts, it also requires the ability to step in and provide hands-on support when necessary. The leader must be willing to understand in detail the operational functions of team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing fully remote teams and demonstrate a strong commitment to employee engagement and development.
Position Location: This role could be hybrid or remote based on proximity to an office location. Slight preference for someone to be in Lincoln, NE (with relocation assistance available), but willing to consider hybrid (Lincoln, NE) or remote. What you do:

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details).
