Student Affairs is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to oversee, streamline, and manage a variety of human resource functions. Essential Functions
* Coordinate HR functions for an operating unit. * Work with Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment, and selection process. May prepare job postings to fill vacancies. * May facilitate employee evaluation process and review employee retention programs and policies. * Coordinate timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational unit. * Initiate systematic personnel changes for organizational unit. Analyze various HR data for quality improvement recommendations. * Assist with implementing policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. * Coordinate project management functions for a unit. * May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). * Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education
Required Experience
