Proposal Solution Strategist and PMO Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Proposal Solution Strategist and Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist, you'll wear two hats: developing solution concepts to support proposal efforts and managing the complexities of supporting a program with a variety of requirements. Compliance in bids and delivery depends on strong attention to detail, and it's imperative to keep the program on a productive path. That's why we need you, a strategist and specialist who can help ensure success through technical solution facilitation and organizational skills.

As a Proposal Solution Strategist, you'll develop proposal solution concepts, mockups, plans, and narrative elements in support of the proposal and other business development efforts. You will coach capture teams and senior leaders through the proposal submission process for high-priority opportunities. You will actively work with capture teams to storyboard and create proposal and solution content and structures, evaluating subject matter experts' inputs to drive compelling submissions that communicate client impact. You will be responsible for ensuring the solution design, presentation slides, and performance work statements (PWS) resonate with clients, showcase solution strengths and win themes, and comply with solicitation requirements. You'll communicate effectively with the capture team, senior leadership, teammates, and other stakeholders.

As a PMO Specialist, you will implement and maintain organizational systems in support of the program. You'll work with program leadership to compile, review, and edit contract deliverables and documentation. You'll review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completion, assist in onboarding teams to projects, and prepare program status summaries and presentations. You'll attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes. You'll use tactical planning tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and have regular interactions with project leads, subject matter experts, and other project analysts. This position will require a detail-oriented, organized approach to project management in all areas of a program management office, including onboarding, risk management, and deliverables.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Federal proposal development, such as creating solution slide layouts and technical approach mockups and writing or reviewing performance work statements (PWS)

• 4+ years of experience with multi-discipline proposal solutions for government clients in organizational transformation or digital transformation

• 3+ years of experience working in a business or project management environment

• Experience with reviewing and editing various styles of technical or programmatic documentation, including synthesizing data and information from multiple sources into a single document or report

• Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to lead teams of all levels throughout the solution process, including communicating with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing complex technical solutions for large captures

• Experience with supporting Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts and responding to task order proposal requests (TOPRs)

• Experience with technical editing for grammar, syntax, formatting, and style

• Experience with delivering on government transformation efforts, including in Air Force or Space Force markets

• Ability to continuously take initiative to get the artifact done

• Ability to meet multiple fast-paced deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to pay excellent attention to detail

• Possession of excellent time management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

• Secret clearance

• Proposals or Solution Architecting Certification, including Shipley, APMP, or Lohfeld Certification
