SUMMARY

Andersen Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, analytics and optimizing campaign and website performance. You will work closely with senior digital marketers to monitor, analyze and improve our digital marketing efforts, ensuring they align with our business goals.

Location - Bayport, MN (Hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, analyze and interpret performance data from various platforms including Google Analytics and Quantum Metrics
  • Create regular reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Excel and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to partners and stakeholders
  • Distil reporting, insights, and suggestions into digestible, comprehensible deliverables for key stakeholders
  • Assist in planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Website Performance Monitoring
  • Track traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and technical performance in platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Quantum Metrics, and Screaming Frog
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to support marketing initiatives
  • A/B Testing Monitoring
  • Support the development and analysis of testing initiatives to optimize website and campaign performance
  • Identify and communicate trends that emerge internally and within the industry

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing, analytics or a related field
  • Experience in Google Analytics or a similar data analytics platform
  • Strong analytic skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
  • Curiosity about data and delivering insights beyond reporting and readouts
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480 to $102,720 per year.
