Piney Ridge Treatment Center is seeking Supervisor - Patient Support for 7:00am to 3:00pm with rotating weekends.   1. Participates in training
  2. Serves as a role model for residents, peers and subordinates.
  3. Provides education to Behavioral Health Associates
  4. Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.
  5. Develops a therapeutic relationship with residents.
  6. Sets limits on resident's behavior.
  7. Encourages independent behavior.
  8. Ensures that residents and families are oriented to the group home
  9. Collaborates with members of other disciplines in a professional manner
  10. Seeks input from Human Resource Director/Supervisor in addressing employees' performance or conduct problems; complies with company's' policies in enforcing standards of conduct and performance..
  11. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
