Summary

Summary:
The IT Incident Manager role works with internal and external technology partners to ensure timely service restoration, develops and delivers ITIL framework based methodologies and documents relevant processes to ensure that incidents are managed within service level agreements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. ducation: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in a business, technical or applications development role required. Experience in healthcare preferred. Experience in an ITSM/ITIL role preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Superior knowledge of computer systems and methods utilized for data input, storage, and data flows to translate workflow information into specifications which meet the needs of the organization.
