Job Description: Perkins Coie is looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Paralegal Assistant with our Commercial Litigation/Government Contracts group. Under supervision, this position will assist paralegals, lawyers, and clients with a variety of duties. As a member of the Perkins Coie business professional support team, this position is also responsible for promoting and maintaining the goodwill and reputation of the firm. In this capacity, the Paralegal Assistant is expected to maintain the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This entry-level position will provide critical administrative and paralegal support to specific attorneys in the Government Contracts practice group, including practice and client management activities. As time allows this position will also provide paralegal assistant support to other paralegals and attorneys in the firm. The duties require an individual with skills and experience using a variety of software applications and working knowledge of their available functions (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Adobe). The individual will be responsible for performing the following duties, among others:
