Candidates must be committed to living and working in the Rochester, NY area, and working in the firm's Rochester, NY office at least three days a week. The ideal candidate will have five to six years of experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions, other major business transactions, venture capital investments, and commercial contracts, and be motivated to have a long-term career in these disciplines at Nixon Peabody. Candidates will be comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and their accounting and financial advisors. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client service in a private law firm. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
