Bachoco USAis seeking a Breeder/Egg Warehouse Associatefor ourBaldwin, GA location.

Summary: Provides administrative support to the department. Ensures weekly or monthly information is distributed to other Bachoco USA Departments, various Service Vendors and Pullet Chick Vendors. Maintains or updates computer files in Excel, Word, Mtech, SAP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.



  • Answers phone calls and takes messages for the department, enters egg tickets into M-Tech system, maintains calendar of breeder and pullet relevant information for each month.
  • Gathers the required information from various sources to produce the following reports: Fuel Adjustment Sheet, Breeder Management Report, Egg Projection, Grower's call-ins, Pullet and Breeder reports, Flock Profile Summary, Sold Flock Report, Hen Breed Close-Out Report and Month End Inventories. Distributes to the appropriate personnel and enters into the Mtech database. Notifies accounting to post the data.
  • Calls farms that failed to report in or had missing data.
  • Notifies each Grower and Service Technician with the day, date and time of catch.
  • Generates the following data and prints, sends and/or distributes to the appropriate personnel: New Set-up data, Bird Count on the Confirmed to Sell Breeder Flocks, Farm Readiness Worksheet, Pullet-Hen Vendor sheets, Pullet-Hen Calendars, Flock Health Certificate, Weekly Mileage Sheets, Weekly Sheets, Individual Feed Order, Blood Sample Sheets, ME Inventory Sheets, Medication Room Inventory Sheets, CAPS Chick data, Mortality sheets, Blood Drawing Forms, Pre-Brood Check List Sheet, Pullet Temperature Probe Sheet, Pullet Move sheets, 23 or 63 Week Inventory sheets, Pullet Move Memo, Pullet Moving Invoices, Equipment cleaning forms, Bird Moving forms, Breeder contracts, Pullet contracts, Visitor logs, Pullet Placement Records, Spent Hen Sheets, CAPS Chick Service Workings List, Pullet Purchase PO Numbers List, Vendor Chick Delivery Sheet, Chick Delivery Sheet, Vaccine Inventory, Synanthic Order sheets, Breeder Historical, Breeder Flock Production Averages, APSI Monthly Report, BPA Flock Histories, and Current Placement Schedule.
  • Verifies that technicians have turned in all the required paperwork.
  • Enters each technician's medication/vaccination inventory into the Monthly Inventory file and prints each technician's inventory for the following week.
  • Orders medication, vaccine, office supplies, and lab supplies from vendors. Receives supplies and verifies that what was ordered was received.
  • Enters each weight sheet into the BIM database and has Accounting post.
  • Produces graphs.
  • Performs filing.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
