Position Summary:

The Treasury Accountant is an integral part of the treasury team and reports directly to the Director of Treasury Management. Responsibilities for this Treasury function include, but not limited to, reviewing, analyzing, reconciling, and researching activities related to Accounts Receivable; customer financial statement review; Daily/monthly analysis of line of credit availability/forecasting and month end Balance Sheet reporting including DSO (Dental Service Organization). This Position will be a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office at our CenterPoint East headquarters.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Perform Financial Statement review and analysis of customers to assist Credit & Collections Manager.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable Balance reports.
• Analyze monthly Merchant Services spend and interchange fees. Identify trends and recommend strategy for attaining lowest fee data levels.
• Perform month end reconciliations and reporting for both Treasury Operations and Customer Finance Support teams
• Responsible for Monthly Customer Statement errors.
• Balance Sheet Budgeting (AR/DSO)
• Analyze and Trend Dental Service Organization and AR Reports... allowing deeper dive on AR past dues, trends etc.
• Support as back up for Unclaimed Property research and reporting
• Reconcile AR accounts
• Research and implement, when necessary, AI/Machine Learning tools for efficiency
• Effectively process credit cards and completion of daily credit card and cash receipts transaction reports.
• Assists management with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling on treasury related special projects.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing on ERP Changes.
• Generation of credit card decline and expiration letters.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Ability to work onsite at our Pittston, PA headquarters a minimum of 2 days per week
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1-3 years experience in Finance
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)-AFP is a plus
