About Online Communities and Panels: The Online Communities and Panels team gives clients real-time access to their consumers via an engaging, social platform. Research activities include quant and qual - and regardless of approach, always encourage proactive, in-depth feedback through asking, listening, discussing, and co-creating. What makes this role important at Ipsos? In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and accelerating the growth and retention of business within Ipsos' online communities and panels practice. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of social media and consumer engagement and how it can be leveraged to support our clients, combined with practiced experience in brand and marketing strategy and how insights play a critical part in the process. You will oversee and support teams across the US. You will also be part of the senior management team driving the future of the practice. What you can expect to be doing:

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
