Fleet Innovation Coordinator

• Responsible for overseeing the proper functioning and maintenance of our fleet telematics systems.
• Monitor the system's performance and address technical issues to ensure data collection is accurate and consistent.
• Identify and address fleet-related issues and challenges, troubleshooting problems with telematics systems, and developing appropriate solutions.
• Generate reports based on telematics data analysis and provide recommendations for improving fleet efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.
• Assist with light invoicing duties to ensure accurate billing related to fleet operations.
• Manage fleet invoicing processes, including allocating VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) codes, ensuring accurate entry of data, and addressing CAPEX invoices. Ensure invoices are properly coded and processed.
• Play a key role in training and supporting fleet and field personnel on the effective use of telematics systems and related technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange shipping and installation of equipment for the replacement or installation of telematics systems, managing timelines and minimizing disruption to fleet operations.

• 2+ years of experience in supporting telematics systems or similar technical support roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems and practices is a plus.
• Experience with fleet invoicing processes, including VMRS coding, data entry, and CAPEX invoice management.
