TEKsystems is looking to hire a *Customer Service Representative* to assist a client of ours in the *Schenectady, NY* area. These positions would take place *ON SITE.*
This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and also has upward career mobility. *Also, this position would look to interview and start right away.* *Qualifications* - Previous *RECENT* customer service or inside sales experience (1-2 years preferred) - independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented - time management skills - strong communications ability (both written and verbal) *Job Description* - Receiving calls from current and prospective customers and selling and scheduling service appointments. - Updating customer's information in the company database - Transferring customers to appropriate personnel (technicians, managers, etc.) - Other administrative duties as needed *Hours* 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Every other Saturday hours 9:00am-12:00pm (November- March) 9:00am- 2:00pm (April- October) *Pay* *16-20/hr.
