Position Title: Senior Sous Chef - NYRA Support culinary operations for NYRA's horse racing facilities in New York, working under the direction of the Director of Operations, Executive Chef, and Executive Sous Chef, and assisting in the overseeing of the Culinary departmental units including hourly culinary supervisors/cooks/etc. - Saratoga Race Track - 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Levy operates all of the food and beverage areas for New York Racing Association's thoroughbred horse racing tracks - Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, Belmont Race Track in Elmont (reopening 2026*), and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs. This position will be based at Aqueduct Racetrack. It will support Saratoga Race Course from July to September (through Labor Day) and be required to be onsite in Saratoga Springs during this time.
