WHAT WE NEED: We have one opening on our maintenance team available, at our core we need team members who can perform routine repair, modification and preventive maintenance tasks on the building, facilities, equipment fixtures and systems. The right team member will be able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Required to work safely and without injury
  • Use standard hand and power tools
  • May assist, perform, or plan minor modifications, carpentry, painting, etc. May also assist in hazardous materials programs.
  • Required prompt and regular attendance as scheduled
  • Actively implements Quality Policy and Procedures in all aspects of daily duties and responsibilities.
  • Designs, develops and implements preventative maintenance programs on machinery and mechanical systems. Performs required preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. Analyzes associated data and logs.
  • Perform welding and limited machining operations incidental to repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Performs basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Reviews service requests for repairs and maintenance determines nature of problem and recommends appropriate solution.

Basic Required Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • General maintenance mechanic experience. Be knowledgeable in skilled trades.
