About the role

You'll be part of the Nutrition GBU with a focus on ensuring a highly effective operating model and supporting country growth initiatives. We are looking for a FP&A Head to join the Global Supply Finance team, based out of Parsippany NJ. This is a key position in the Finance organization supporting the Global Supply Finance Director and SVP of Supply Chain with the provision of high quality financial and non-financial support to facilitate timely strategic decision making both in the short and longer term. This role is a highly visible and important role in the organization's success especially as the international markets are operating with a lean and focused structure.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage partnerships and business partner with operations teams to "own" the Nutrition E2E
  • Lead overall planning and quarterly forecast cycles ensuring data quality and meeting timeline required
  • Understand and influence drivers of all cogs in support of GBU objectives, challenge, and validation of assumptions
  • Obtain and provide clarity when numbers are off trend and work with team to course correct
  • Ensure attainment of financial and stretch objectives as committed. Monitor Mfg performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing fluctuations vs Plan and Prior Year
  • Delivers strategies to optimize NWC across clusters/markets
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and improvements to accommodate business needs. Lead special projects or analyses as required
  • Act as deputy for Global Supply Finance Director and provide business support to country/clusters across the GBU

The experience we're looking for

  • BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA a plus
  • 10+ years financial experience in (commercial) Finance or Planning and Analysis
  • Strong system direction and interaction (SAP, Fusion, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to understand and analyze data logically
  • Ability to operate in a highly focused, entrepreneurial environment and expected to challenge and influence business decisions based on fact-based information and meaningful analytics
  • Interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems and development of cooperative solutions
  • Ability to interact face to face with confidence and credibility to achieve financial commitments
  • Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and a team player

US salary ranges

USD $158,000.00 - $236,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
