• Establishes Reliability Strategy and provides leadership necessary to gain alignment required for successful implementation
• Provides hands-on support required to launch and sustain reliability initiatives at the site
• Expands existing Predictive Maintenance Program utilizing appropriate predictive technologies
• Works in conjunction with Engineering & Maintenance to establish an engineering & maintenance assessment process to identify opportunities for improvement
• Works in conjunction with Engineering & Maintenance to develop/implement a process to share Maintenance Best Practices across sites
• Works with other Engineering & Maintenance team members to create Maintenance/Reliability Metrics & Scorecard
• Utilizes formal RCA (cause/effect, fault tree analysis, etc.) techniques to resolve complex equipment and operational problems
• Effectively works cross-functionally to achieve best performance of company assets considering overall strategy, resource availability, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Benchmarks Reliability Program with that of other companies/industries to determine areas of opportunity.
• Establishes and facilitates training program for key reliability tools (RCA, PdM, FMEA, etc.)

• BS Degree in technical field; Engineering preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience in Reliability Engineering role(s). Experience supporting manufacturing operation(s) desired.
• Firsthand Maintenance leadership experience desired
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional, multi-site initiatives
• Experience in food, nutritional, or pharmaceutical industries a bonus
• Expert knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability techniques and technologies, including: RCM, TPM, PM
• Optimization, and predictive maintenance technologies
• Superior communications, leadership and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in the use of formal problem solving techniques (RCA, fault tree analysis, etc.)

USD $90,000.00 -$136,000.00

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
