Advantage xPO is seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sturbridge, MA. Pay: $23-$33 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Evening & Weekend availability required) The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial properties. This includes light electrical work such as emergency lights and exit signs, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, and repairing both interior and exterior finishes, including painting and tile repairs. The role involves operating scissor or boom lifts, replacing light bulbs, and hanging banners, as well as submitting accurate paperwork. Additionally, the technician will maintain cleanliness in the facilities, handle trash removal, minor landscaping, and perform other assigned duties. They must ensure all tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Qualifications:
