We empower you to keep growing and provide you with professional development opportunities. Inventory Specialist job details: Pay: $20/hr. Schedule: 6:00am - 3:00pm (with overtime as needed) Responsibilities: As an Inventory Specialist, you will perform cycle counts, ensure accurate stock levels and locations, and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities include monitoring stock rotation, investigating variances, conducting root cause analysis, and assisting with audits. You will track cycle count progress, execute scrap orders, and support material investigations while adhering to ISO 9001 and FSC policies. Additional tasks may be assigned by site management. Qualifications: Competent knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems/processes. Proficiency in performing and managing inventory cycle counts. Experience analyzing inventory metrics and resolving process issues. Strong skills in Excel and WMS software. Familiarity with operational processes and roles in a warehouse environment. Proficient computer skills, with ERP/WMS experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment with high customer service expectations.
