Description Coordinate schedule for installation technicians. Perform welcome calls to customer within 48 hours of job been booked. Perform pre-installation calls to confirm site readiness. Confirm appointments by calling the customers. Process job closeouts correctly. Provide all paperwork for jobs and get all packets/files ready for the installers and for the other departments (permitting, warehouse). Efficiently follow up on jobs and with the necessary departments to drive customer satisfaction and job closure. Daily updates to the Installation Portal (TIP) and Labor Scheduler (Gantt). Update TIP when job is "touched" (calls, orders, follow-up, etc). Closeout National Account Jobs and process any jobs for cancellation. Communicate with National Account Coordinators regarding site readiness, scheduling etc. Contact Sales reps to get additional information as required. Contact Data team when confirmation number is required for non-monitored accounts. Ensures that the local SSO warehouse is a safe, organized, and secure facility and takes immediate corrective action necessary to regain compliance when defaults are found. Keep safety practices in the warehouse, wear 100% PPE, and ensure zero harm. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly material handling tasks such as: oOrdering parts for customer jobs. oReceiving parts physically and in inventory system (Oracle). oDispatching materials to technicians and Issuing equipment to jobs. oRequesting RMAs and returning parts to vendors. Check all orders to ensure accuracy. Staging parts in the correct warehouse locations. Pull and pack materials. Communicate with freight carriers regarding daily bills of lading. Prepare of shipping documents as necessary. Perform general warehouse duties including housekeeping, stocking, safety and maintenance. Follow up with vendors and procurement on parts status and ETA. Update Installation Portal with the part status. Look for parts availability in other branches to meet customer expectations. Conduct special projects as physical inventories, cycle counts, and rightsizing, among others. Review supply chain reports and complete the necessary transactions to keep inventory accuracy. One of the permanent employees is out indefinitely and his/her return is TBD still. If this person performs well, they can potentially go permanent however, the full time head count is dependent on if this person retires. Need someone who is a self starter and does not need to be micro managed. They will need to be able to come in, complete their responsiblities and not rely on someone to give them more tasks. Also, good communication skills are required as they will need to communicate with Sales, Customers, and operations. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
