A National Credit Union based out of Oregon is interested in bringing on an Insurance Associate to help support the Insurance Representative's at their Hillsboro, Oregon location. This position is full time and a hybrid opportunity (requiring 1 day on site with 4 remote days after training). The team is looking for candidates with Financial and Administrative experience! Description The Associate, Insurance Services monitors incoming correspondence and distributes to appropriate parties, including Salesforce and EZLynx leads, emails, phone calls, and faxes. * Primary Responsibilities:* * Monitors and distributes incoming correspondence as appropriate * Facilitate outgoing department correspondence via mail or email * Answer questions and provide general guidance on routine Insurance Services inquiries * Maintain accurate client records in EZLynx, along with other insurance documents and reports * Manually process unmatched insurance downloads in EZLynx Skills & Qualifications * Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Up to one year administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry * Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently prioritize workload and meet deadlines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.
