Qualified candidate needs to have experience with SQL to do data analysis and reporting. They are currently using their ERP system, Infor Syteline, for reporting, but eventually they want to use SSRS for reporting. They are using pivot tables in Excel and they want something more automated. This person will be doing basic querying and test scripts within SQL. They are doing a SQL migration to the cloud right now, they are using SQL 2016 and they are moving to SQL 2020. They are building a separate environment. This person will have a lot of interactions with the business to define the requirements, hand those requirements off to the 3rd party vendors, and then consolidate the specs. This person is responsible for troubleshooting ERP workflows, supporting plugins and modifications. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS At least ten (10) years of experience in a similar role, performing application review and configuration on large-scale, enterprise-level business initiatives. Proven experience working with ERP systems and environments, as well as modeling, reengineering, and optimizing business applications. Experience eliciting business requirements, designing best-practice solutions, defining optimal user acceptance test strategies. Proven experience implementing these on multiple cross-disciplinary initiatives. Proven skill in troubleshooting and writing documentation. Strong experience developing long-term relationships based on respect and trust with stakeholders, colleagues, and developers. Experience with systems integration in a complex environment. Experience in leading a team, and proven ability to plan and organize workload. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
