Senior Manager - Facilities Operations

Job Summary This position is responsible for managing a team and HCSC property functions for assigned span of control; metro facilities and remote state facilities with varying facility sizes, type/mix, and number of occupants, geographic proximities, and overall budget.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 8 years' minimum experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities Management, Asset Management (preventative mntc), and/or Property Management OR 12 years' minimum experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities Management, Asset Management, and/or Property Management
* 3 years of management/leadership experience (people leader with HR Administration responsibilities).

* Budgeting (P&L) experience.
* Knowledge in the areas of contracts, project management, budgeting and cost management, construction management, engineering, bidding, security and safety systems and practices, and financial and project analysis.
* Experience with property management.
* Community relations skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Very good computer skills with PC/SW proficiency to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
* As a facilities operations employee, presenting in the office daily (M-F) to support the day-to-day business needs and operations.
* As facilities operations employees, 24/7 on call is necessary to effectively respond to after-hours emergencies immediately.

Preferred requirements:
* Knowledge in HR Management.
* Real Estate transaction, Design and Construction experience a plus.
* Continuous improvement experience/knowledge (i.e. Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, Visual Management).

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
