We're seeking candidates across the U.S. for a program that will be primarily based in Minnesota. Candidates will be expected to be mobile throughout the duration of the program, as the nature of the program may require travel or relocation to fulfill the role's responsibilities effectively. Relocation assistance can be discussed during the recruitment process.

This transformative program is designed to shape the business leaders of tomorrow by immersing the most talented early-in-career individuals in a rigorous and dynamic learning environment.Participants will embark on an intensive 2 to 3-year rotational program designed to fast-track the careers of high-potential individuals through challenging assignments in Sales and Marketing within Boston Scientific's Cardiology Division. This program offers comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, career coaching, and executive-level mentoring to foster growth and leadership.The CLDP is open to all eligible graduates regardless of age, including new career professionals and veterans who returned to school.

Your responsibilities will include:




  • Completerotation in Sales (12+ months), contributing to strategic projects and gaining in-depth knowledge of the business operations.





  • Complete a rotation in Marketing (12+ months), where creativity and analytical skills will be honed through practical challenges.





  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and drive business transformation.





  • Engage in dynamic, real-time coaching and mentoring to refine leadership skills and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape.





  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, initiative, and out-of-the-box thinking to drive continuous improvement.





  • Exhibit digital savviness, staying ahead with the latest technological advancements and applying them effectively.





  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.





  • Apply learning agility to effectively assimilate and apply new knowledge and skills.





  • Utilize emotional intelligence to read interpersonal dynamics and influence outcomes positively.





  • Other duties and projects as required.





Required qualifications:




  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field with no more than 3 years of formal work experience





  • A recent graduate (within the last three years, except for veterans who have been completing military service obligations, who will have up to 6 years after degree completion to apply) with at least three months of professional work experience in a related field, including co-op, internships, or post-graduate employment





  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2





  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)





  • Geographic flexibility within the U.S. throughout the duration of the program





Preferred qualifications:




  • A combined Engineering and Business degree is a strong asset





  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and extracurricular involvement to strengthen the application





  • A genuineinterest in pursuing multifunctional assignments across the Global Cardiology Division

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements.
