POSITION SUMMARY: This position is a special role designed for the Public Health programs. The Public Health Program Assistant (PHA) will primarily work with HIV prevention programs and ID medical case management. The PHA will have the responsibility of completing program administrative duties and Ambulatory Service Representative II responsibilities. They will work with the medical providers and program management to coordinate provider schedules, be responsible for screening calls/correspondence as well as responding and/or re-directing to appropriate parties for response, and assist in special projects as needed.
