The growth contributes to a fast-paced environment, and we are searching for a candidate who works well with this pace and has the flexibility and agility to move from one project to the next. The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative support for the Studio Art Program Director, faculty, undergraduate, and graduate students. This position will assist with travel arrangements, organizing and submitting purchase orders and receipts, and will be responsible for maintaining and updating various spreadsheets and administrative forms. In addition, the Program Coordinator will assist in the management, content, and posting for social media. They will work closely with the Program Director to assist with special projects including, but not limited to, writing, events, visiting artists and scholars, and building operations. In addition, this position will serve as a liaison to School of Art administration staff to keep them informed of faculty research, projects, and events. This position requires excellent customer service skills, agility, prompt response, and follow up of tasks, and the ability to perform other related duties as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
